Trainer should know:
Before the trainer gives training to the trainee or to the client, the trainer should know about the goal of the client. Because when they come for some specific purpose and the trainer should not train some other exercise to them. The trainer should train based on the goal of the customer so that the client will easily attain their goal in a short period of time. Likewise, when the client has some problems regarding their health then he/she should reveal it to the trainer before starting the training session because it may affect more to those problems.
